Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item, you will receive a confirmation from our team. Your exchange will be processed and completed within 7–10 business days.

Product Refund

Due to our limited production runs, Karuppwear does not offer direct refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as a Karuppwear Gift Card, which can be used for future purchases.

In rare cases—such as payment failures or missing order confirmations—a refund will be automatically processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For hygiene and quality assurance, all returned items undergo strict inspection. Exchanges may be declined if the product:

• Has missing or removed tags

• Does not meet our return conditions
